BIRT offers services throughout the UK, to about 550 people each year. Its aim is to help people regain the skills lost as a result of brain injury – whether caused by road accident, assault, stroke or illness. The Trust’s clinical expertise, combined with excellent facilities and a dedication to care, gives each individual the best possible chance of rehabilitation following an acquired brain injury.
